✨ Traditional Chinese Medicine: FRUIT GUIDE ✨

In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), every food has its own nature (hot, warm, neutral, cool, cold) and flavor (sweet, sour, bitter, pungent, salty). These properties determine how the fruit affects the body’s balance of yin-yang, qi, blood, and body fluids.

Choosing fruits according to one’s constitution and current health condition can help maintain health, prevent illness, or support recovery. The information below is for reference only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
