Self-care: Facial Acupuncture

It’s okay to feel a little anxious when you notice a change in your skin — a new fine line, a shift in texture. You’re not alone, and it’s perfectly human to feel that way. But aging doesn’t mean fading — it means evolving. There’s beauty in every stage, and so much grace in how we choose to care for ourselves. Facial acupuncture and gua sha are more than skincare — they’re my moments of self-love. They support circulation, ease tension, calm the mind, and help with things like headaches, jaw tightness, and emotional stress. Aging is part of life — and I’m learning to meet each chapter with softness, presence, and love. To honour my face, just as it is.
