TCM Body Clock⏳
Your Body has a Hidden Schedule ⏰
Ever wake up at the same time every night? Or feel a slump at the same hour each day? That might be your TCM Body Clock (中醫子午流注時鐘) speaking.
Each 2-hour interval of the day is governed by a different organ system. When an organ is at its peak energy, it’s the best time to support its function — or notice if something is out of balance.

🌅 Daytime (Yang Energy) * 5–7 AM | Large Intestine
Detox time! Hydrate, stretch, or practice deep breathing
* 7–9 AM | Stomach胃經
Fuel your day! A warm, nourishing breakfast strengthens digestion.
* 9–11 AM | Spleen脾經

* 11 PM–1 AM | Gallbladder膽經
Be asleep! Supports detox. Night owls risk Qi stagnation.
* 1–3 AM | Liver肝經
Deep detox + emotional processing. Waking here? Could signal stress or unresolved emotions.
* 3–5 AM | Lung肺經
Grief release & renewal. Practice deep breathing if restless.
✨ This is just a glimpse! In TCM, each organ is tied to specific bodily functions, emotions, seasons, and even elements. 🕰️
Noticing when you feel “off” can reveal clues about your inner balance.
